I loved Lana's story. It really has made me start thinking about myself. I am normally considered a giver and at times I feel it embarrassing to receive from others. You've caused me to psychoanalyse myself...hope it doesn't put me into a depression :)
On serious note, I agree with Canada being willing to receive our gifts. I don't foresee this happening anytime soon because it will shatter the Nation. I have often wondered why we weren't taught the true history in school and have chalked it up to be the old slogan 'ignorance is bliss'.
